Museum of Natural Sciences Greenville, NC Mural

I am honored to be involved in the creation of the Discovery Forest located at the Museum of Natural Sciences in Greenville, NC. This project was managed by Elliott Hickerson, my friend and an employee of the museum. The trees painted are a depiction of the bald cypress trees found in eastern North Carolina. Bald cypress trees are the oldest-known living tree species in eastern North America. These resilient trees are the oldest-known wetland species of tree in the world.
